I wish to change my evaluation of A-1 Con from Bad to Excellent

I wish to change my evaluation of A-1 Con from Bad to Excellent. They have dealt with me in a responsive and professional manner and with integrity. My original poor rating was because there was a glitch with internet billing on my order that I originally (and incorrectly) attributed to A-1 Con but that actually was not of their doing. A-1 Con has acted in good faith to correct this billing problem and I appreciate their responses, both to the billing problem and to my originally inaccurate rating of them.
