They are good at informing you about the process and status of your shipment

They are good at informing you about the process and status of your shipment, i think it would be very helpful for international buyers particularly from Canada to know or to have an idea of the duty that will be charged upon entrance to the country, this might not help A-1 Consolidated as it might affect the potential customer on the purchasing decision, but it would definitely speak tons of the honesty of the bussiness, puting the customer's interest first, and that surely would attract more new customers.
